Improvements ​

  • When you select text and image components on the layout in Editor for asset suggestions, eVa AI automatically labels them in the prompt field and on response cards. This feature eliminates ambiguities, reduces repeated prompts, enhances confidence in AI interactions and workflow efficiency.

  • The Exporter now pulls original images from Veeva Vault PromoMats, adds descriptions with VVPM-related metadata, and stores them in a client-specific knowledge base. This ensures images are assigned consistent metadata, enhancing semantic search across assets.

  • In the Edit image text popup, you can now:

    • Use fonts preconfigured for styling text on images.

    • Customize images seamlessly with automatically applied fallback fonts.

    These enhancements ensure visual consistency across images and content items, even when preferred fonts are unavailable. They also streamline styling workflows and make font selection clearer. Configuration required

  • The eWizard platform font library—Font manager—now supports configuring fonts available in the Edit image text popup. Configuration required

Admin setup ​

  • To manage the list of fonts available in the Edit image text popup, turn on/off the following:

    • Active permission in the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Fonts → Font usage → Image text editor section.

    • Media (Image text) checkbox from the Item type dropdown in the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Fonts → Font manager section.

    • View default fonts and View content fonts permissions in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → SERVICES → Image text editor section.
