New features

  • eVa AI-suggested documents

In the conversational hub and Editor chat, eVa AI now suggests documents from your knowledge base. You can open and preview them in Veeva Vault PromoMats from the response card. Use the suggested documents to generate an email outline or update an existing email based on their content. This streamlines the reuse of approved materials and the creation of interactive emails, ensuring content consistency. Configuration required

  • Assets popup in the eVa AI chat

You can now select and add required documents and images from the Assets popup in the eVa AI chat within Editor and conversational hub. The available upload sources for file adding are your Library, PC, and Veeva Vault PromoMats. This feature ensures more accurate AI-generated outputs, allowing you to provide richer, source-based input and receive more context-aware responses. Configuration required

Improvements

  • Enhanced filtering of texts, images, and documents suggested by eVa AI. The agent can ask you to specify one or more of the following in your prompt: document types, content types, countries, or brands to provide relevant variants. Configuration required

  • The PDF Converter has been updated to ensure that the selected brand and theme are correctly applied during conversion.

A new Theme field is now available on the DETAILS & TEMPLATES step. The resulting e-Detailer now applies the predefined theme, ensuring proper brand alignment and consistent template configuration.

  • When publishing emails to SFMC, documents in the Approved PDF document field on the DETAILS step can now be filtered based on the metadata.

The enhancement streamlines PDF document search, supports flexible filtering, ensures that only relevant documents are displayed, reduces errors, and saves time during email publication. Configuration required

  • Nested e-Detailers now automatically inherit swipe settings when added to or merged into a portfolio e-Detailer. You can still customize these settings for any nested e-Detailer, and all changes are applied across your multi-presentation content.

  • Streamlined the publication of rep-triggered emails with linked fragments to Veeva Vault PromoMats:

    • As a single composite PDF—the Include fragments in PDF checkbox on the PREPARATION step is now selected by default.

    • As interactive—the Approved PDF Document field on the FRAGMENTS step is automatically populated with the related composite PDF document in any status. Configuration required
