# Welcome to eWizard Classic documentation!

eWizard is an omnichannel communication platform that allows for content creation, localization, publication, and much more.

  • Multichannel content: Create an e-Detailer, email, landing page, and a post-call email – all branded in one style covering the entire activity for your cutting-edge product promotion. Then analyze performance and create another set considering this.

  • No technical background required: eWizard features the richest functionality, requiring minimum special knowledge at the same time. Technical complexity is under the hood, so you get only a user-friendly interface and the fullest effectiveness.

  • Integration with external systems: Publish or export your item to the CRM system and CLM application with minimum effort. You can download an e-Detailer as a standalone application or as a document as well.

  • Collaboration and reuse: Assign your colleagues roles, share links to your eWizard items, and enjoy co-working – spread the tasks across the roles to set the workflow. Pick the components with the highest efficiency and reuse them for further item creation. Your recognizable corporate identity is in each channel with just a single click! Moreover, use NaviGate for collaboration, collection composing, analytics, and reuse. Search for the required item across the great variety of content, by its type, metadata, user role, etc.

  • Editor: Customize the item according to your requirements and business rules of your company with the help of different components. Every component is fully editable. You can set properties and styles for the item components, upload assets from Veeva Vault, My library, or your device, assign actions to the components, and much more. Announce your brand's identity!

  • Versioning: Roll back to any version of your item, whether it's been edited, published, or exported.

  • Localization: Create an item and localize it expeditiously on-site or send a copy for localization to a translator like in the good old days. Regardless of your choice, we have suitable tools for all.

  • Remote calls: Push back the limits. As with the eWizard Remote calls service, you can promote your products worldwide without leaving your cozy office!

  • Links and notifications to the published items in the target systems: The links to your published items in the target systems are displayed on the Publishing Summary page in eWizard. An email notification delivers the link to your item published in the respective target system upon successful publication.

  • Key message tracking: For e-Detailer modules efficiency tracking, you can assign key messages (upon logging in to Veeva Vault) to them. Moreover, when publishing this e-Detailer to Veeva Vault as an interactive presentation, the selected slides and key messages assigned to them are displayed on the Publishing Summary page.

  • Chatbot: The chatbot support is available for all services to help you work in eWizard more efficiently.
