# Common steps
With the Publisher service, you can send your emails and email fragments to the target systems with the minimum human operation and work with them further in the target systems. For this, fill in the required metadata fields and – for some target systems – specify the path to store the published item in the target system.
To publish the email or email fragment:
Unfold more options of the required item.
Click
Publish:
- Choose the required target system:
Further publishing flow depends on the selected target system and publication type.
As a follow-up to each publication, you receive a notification email.
