Message Reason Solution
Asset can't be added due to format conflict eWizard doesn't support the format of the selected asset. Also, the asset rendition required for your item type is missing Open the selected asset in Veeva Vault, check its format and linked renditions. If the required rendition is missing, contact eWizard Support for assistance with configurations
Your profile lacks important data. Please provide the missing information The list of mandatory fields for your profile is expanded and some of them are missing Click OPEN PROFILE in the notification. Your profile opens in the Edit mode. Fill in the empty fields and click SAVE
Field mismatch. Publication failed due to the missing fields in your target Veeva Vault environment The metadata fields configured in eWizard are missing in your target Veeva Vault environment. The list of missing fields is available in the error notification Contact eWizard Support for assistance with the required configurations
Poor internet connection. Please check your network settings Your internet connection is affected during the remote call. To regain the call quality, the incoming video is automatically stopped Check your network settings and reload the page. Then, try to rejoin the remote call
Video is turned off due to poor internet connection or your device overload Your internet connection is slow, or your device is overloaded during the remote call. To regain the call quality, the incoming video is automatically stopped Try to clear the cached data and free up space on your device. Then, reload the page and rejoin the remote call
Too many attempts to connect to Veeva Vault within the last 5 minutes (or 24 hours). Try again later. Also, ask eWizard Support to check if the background applications operate properly You have exceeded the request limit to Veeva Vault for the period specified in the message Please try again later or tomorrow depending on the limit type you've reached
This brand can't be deleted, as it is assigned to the existing content The brand you're trying to delete features the up-to-date NaviGate entry Delete or archive the entry prior to removing the brand
Impossible to reassign a brand The content pack for the brand you're trying to reassign is not empty Empty the content pack first
Access denied The share link to this item is expired or this item is not shared with you Ask the item's owner to share this item with you or to send you an updated share link
Access denied The item is protected with a password Ask the item's owner for the password
Access denied The page you're trying to access is unavailable for your role Make sure your role allows for accessing this page. If yes, contact your administrator
