Presenter

Prior to initiating the remote call, the presenter must make sure that all the device and software requirements are met.

In due time, the presenter goes to their CRM and launches the call.

They're redirected to the eWizard Remote call service, i.e. their operation control.

To launch the remote call, the presenter clicks START CONFERENCE:

Here they can flip slides [1] and switch chapters [2]:

To make their attendee able to interact with slides, the presenter can toggle Allow control:

The presenter can view the attendee's interactions on the slide:

If the attendee is viewing the e-Detailer from the mobile device, the presenter can see how this e-Detailer looks on their side by toggling the mobile view mode:

To finish the call, the presenter clicks FINISH CONFERENCE:

Once the call is complete, the participants see the finish screen:

Now the presenter can proceed to the CRM system, where they can change the status of the call to Closed:

And view the KPI metrics collected.

Attendee

In due time, the attendee follows the call link they've received in the email notification.

Prior to joining the remote call, the attendee must make sure that all the device and software requirements are met.

The remote call is in the waiting mode until the presenter starts it:

Once the presenter clicks START CONFERENCE, the attendee is redirected to the eWizard Remote call service. Here they can view all actions and interact with slides as long as the presenter allows them control:

The attendee can leave the call by clicking @c/120004-rc.png) in the top right corner of the page. In this case, the presenter gets the notification about it.

If the call is not finished yet, the attendee can rejoin it. To do this, they click the remote call link again.

Once the presenter toggles Allow control, the attendee is notified about it and can now interact with slides:
