# Interface

The remote call screen is represented by the page, where the presenter can control the conference. They can do the following:

  • Select the e-Detailer to demonstrate [1].

  • Select the e-Detailer chapter [2] to display.

  • Check the Time left timer [3], based on their planned call duration.

The Time left timer serves only as a reminder and doesn't evoke any action when the time is up. The call duration is configured in the CRM system when the presenter is creating a remote call.

  • Start communication [4]: Start a conference and Start a call.

  • Change the interface language (for all the call participants) [5].

  • Switch to the mobile view with the toggle [6].

  • View the participants and other relevant information, including the network indicator [7].

  • View the presentation script in the course of the demonstration [8].

  • Plan your schedule with Next events [9].

The START CALL button allows the presenter to make voice calls via VoIP. Once START CALL is clicked, the presenter receives the call. After that, the attendee is called. To make voice calls within eWizard, the presenter must have the VoIP provider set up for their instance.

The START CALL button states are as follows:

  • START CALL (inactive): No VoIP provider is set up for the presenter's eWizard instance.

  • START CALL (active): The VoIP provider is set up for their instance. The voice call has not started yet. The presenter clicks START CALL to launch the remote call. The button state changes to FINISH CALL.

  • REDIAL: The call is started, but fails. The presenter clicks REDIAL to try again.

  • FINISH CALL: The voice call has been accepted by all the participants or dialing is still running. The presenter clicks FINISH CALL to stop dialing or terminate the voice call.

When the presenter demonstrates the presentation omitting the START CONFERENCE button, KPI metrics are not collected, since the presentation is played in the DEMO mode. The warning notification appears on the screen.

# Configuration possibilities

Once the attendee has followed the call link, the greeting lobby screen is displayed for them, until the presenter starts the remote call.

Also, upon the conference finish, both participants see the closing lobby screen.

The Remote call 1.0 service allows for lobby screens configuration to meet your corporate identity requirements.

The presenter can ask the administrator when it's required to:

  • Change the logo image [1]

  • Edit the lobby text: both header and body [2]

  • Change the background image [3]
