To perform a remote call, make sure you have the following prerequisites in place.

Find the required RMC Campaign:

  1. Go to Remote calls [1] in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Click the RMC campaigns [2] tab:

  1. Click the required RMC Campaign you're assigned as an iRep to:

Explore your RMC Campaign content and target persons:

  1. Go to the RMC Campaign Details.

  2. Find RMC campaign presentations.

  3. Hover the cursor over it to unfold the information list:

  1. Click RMC campaign accounts to view the target persons list:

You can also click the required tab. Upon a click, the page scrolls down to the tab contents.

You can find more details of your RMC Campaign on other tabs.

# Plan a call

Briefly, you perform three steps when planning a call:

  1. Find the target contact.

  2. Set the date and time of the call.

  3. Send the invitation to the target contact.

SETP 1

  1. Go to your RMC campaign.

  2. Click RMC campaign accounts.

  3. Find the target contact.

  4. Select the Remote call communication type (Click @c/rc-remote-call-icon.png)):

  1. Authorize to eWizard.

Check the Remember me box to reduce the number of inputs for further activity.

STEP 2

The call planing page opens.

  1. Set the call duration [1].

  2. Set the date and time of your call [2].

  3. Click Save [3] once you've finished.

STEP 3

  1. Go back to RMC campaign details.

  2. Click @c/crm-sfdc-campaign-details-email-icon.png) to send your contact the invitation email.

# Call launch

To launch the call, use the email reminder:

  1. Go to your inbox and find the email.

  2. Click Start the call:

Alternatively, you can launch a call within your CRM:

  1. Go to RMC campaign details.

  2. Hover the cursor over the RMC remote call tab.

  3. Click your planned call.

  1. Click Enable editing.

  1. Click Start conference.

eWizard Remote call service opens. Proceed with the In a call flow for the Remote call version you have access to.

# KPI analysis

Once the conference is over, you can access call analytics within Salesforce.com. To analyze KPI metrics gathered during the call, do the following:

  1. Go to your RMC Campaign.

  2. Open the RMC Remote call tab.

  3. Click Enable editing:

  1. Click Convert to closed:

  1. On the next page, click Save for confirmation.

You're redirected to the KPI analysis page:
