Reports

Within Viseven CRM, you can receive a report on the remote calls planned and completed for a particular work period. The report is a data table containing information depending on the parameters you specified in the Reports section.

To generate the report, follow the steps below:

1. Unfold Reporting in the navigation menu.

2. Click Reports.

3. Select the required report type on the left.

4. Specify the parameters to include in the report:

5. Generate the report in one of the following ways:

• Generate report

• Download as HTML

• Download as Excel

• Send by e-mail
