# KPI analysis
Once the conference is over, you can access call analytics within Viseven CRM. To analyze KPI metrics gathered during the call, do the following:
Go to
Actionsin the navigation menu.Select
Call.Click the required call ID:

Close callto save analytics gathered during the call:

You're redirected to the post-call form.
Scroll down the page and find the KPI metrics gathered:
