# KPI analysis

Once the conference is over, you can access call analytics within Viseven CRM. To analyze KPI metrics gathered during the call, do the following:

  1. Go to Actions in the navigation menu.

  2. Select Call.

  3. Click the required call ID:

  1. Click Close call to save analytics gathered during the call:

You're redirected to the post-call form.

Scroll down the page and find the KPI metrics gathered:
