# Introduction

The Viseven CRM system allows you to provide the marketing activity in full: from the marketing cycle initiation through databases creation, territories assigning, and calls carrying – to KPI analysis.

Since it is fully integrated with eWizard, you can easily transmit items to the exact place within your Viseven CRM system and be sure its performance is right as you expect.

# Authentication

Your Viseven CRM system is available for authenticated users only.

To authenticate, enter your email and password, and click Sign in:

You can check the Stay signed in box to avoid entering your credentials over and over again.

To recall the password, enter your email and click Forgot password? to reset it.

Should your company use Active Directory, enter your credentials and click LDAP.

# Interface overview

Once authenticated, you are redirected to the Viseven CRM home page:

Logically, each Viseven CRM system page includes three blocks:

The top panel and navigation menu are the same for all Viseven CRM system pages.

# Top panel

On the top panel, you can find the Viseven logo and the following options:

Click Action
@c/notifications-icon.png) Unfold the notifications list
@c/language-icon.png) Change your account language
@c/full-screen-icon.png) Enter the fullscreen mode
@c/logout-icon.png) Sign out of the current account
@c/hide-menu.png) Hide the navigation menu

Under the Viseven logo, find your name and user picture. Click it to go to user profile where you can change your info.

When you need to clear cache, click @c/clear-storage-icon.png).

Next to it is the breadcrumb navigation to the current subsection. For example, Actions/Call in the image above.

This menu covers all the sections you need to perform your activity:

Click @c/plus-icon.png) next to the section name to unfold the relating subsections.

To collapse the navigation menu, click @c/fold-icon.png) and find the section icons without their names.

# Main working area

Click the required subsection to access its main working area. It includes the list of subsection records. Once you click the required record in the list, its details page opens with the related lists.

The exact screen depends on the subsection selected.

On the lists heading, the following options are available:

Click Action Notes
@c/recycle-no-icon.png) @c/recycle-yes-icon.png) Delete or restore the selected records. When switched to YES, you can view the deleted records in the recycle bin table and restore them if needed The default toggle state is NO.

@c/color-icon.png) Change the list heading color: select the required color from the palette that appears Click Remove to restore the default view
@c/collapse-icon.png) Collapse the list of records Expand the list of records back with @c/expand-icon.png)
@c/fullscreen-icon.png) View the list of records in the fullscreen mode Exit the fullscreen mode with @c/fullscreen-exit-icon.png)

Records restore

Toggle Recycle Yes and check the required record box. Then unfold the Actions drop-down button and click Restore.

The options set depends on your user role within the Viseven CRM system.
