# Calling
To perform a remote call, check the following prerequisites:
The doctor database.
The Product with the Product materials.
# Plan a call
To plan a call, create it first:
Unfold
Actions.Select
Call.Click
Create:

Alternatively, you can click Create on the desired hour line in the Events widget in Planner.

To ensure the remote communication, for your new call, select the Remote call option within the Call type field.
The field values mean the following:
Nameis the name of your new call.Call type: selectRemote callto make your new call remote.Contactis the name of your attendee.Planning dateis the date of your call.Organizationis the health care providing institution where your attendee works.Purpose of callcan contain theCall goalspecified by your manager within the current marketing cycle.Costis the call cost. It affects the whole marketing cycle cost.Planned durationis the time planned for your remote call.Remote presentationis the e-Detailer to be demonstrated during the call. You can select several e-Detailers for one call.Questionnairethat you can link to your call. If it's linked, once the call is complete and closed, the system sends it as a follow-up to the target contact(s). You can also send a questionnaire without linking it to the call – just send the email with a link to the questionnaire once the call is complete and closed.
Note that a questionnaire is a must for proper KPI report creation.
- Once all the required data and materials are specified, click
Create.
To register the call, the system may ask you to authorize to eWizard with your credentials in the eWizard Sign in pop-up.
Now you can find the created call in the Calls grid.
Click your call ID to set up the given call:

Click the call type to check or edit its information and KPIs:

# Call launch
Once you've clicked the call ID, you're redirected to the call details page.
- Click @c/crm-call-generate-link.png) to copy the link to the remote presentation. This link is unique and generated for each contact:

Click @c/link-to-clipboard.png) to copy the link to the clipboard. You can send the link to the attendee via any messenger client.
- Click @c/invitation-email-button.png) to send your contact an invitation email. The email creation form appears. You can specify the sender, subject, email template, or enter the message body manually:

- Click
Remote callto prepare for the call. The reminder is sent to your contact.

The call is ready for launch now. Click @c/crm-start-call-button.png) to start it:

The Remote call service opens. Proceed with the In a call flow for the Remote call version you have access to.
