# Overview

eWizard is integrated with the two platforms applicable for the remote calls and RTE features: Viseven CRM and Salesforce.com.

This section covers your CRM user guide in the domain of the Remote call and RTE only. For more information about other CRM functions, please refer to the related documentation.

In spite of system differences, there are steps you perform in both of them:

  1. Plan the remote call.

  2. Link your presentation to the remote call.

  3. Invite your attendee to the remote call. You can also send them the reminder before the call.

  4. Perform the remote call.

  5. Carry out KPI analysis.

  6. Send the attendee a follow-up email.

# Analytics

Once the conference is over, you can analyze the KPI metrics collected during the demonstration.

Analysis is conducted within your CRM system. There are some common steps to access the analytics:

  1. Go to your CRM system.

  2. Find the required call.

  3. Mark the call as closed.

  4. Access analytics in Viseven CRM / Salesforce.com.
