# Planner

In Planner, you can schedule a call or any other activity.

To access Planner, click it in the navigation menu:

The main working area of Planner contains the Calendar Nav and Events widgets.

# Calendar

Calendar Nav displays one month at a time and lets you pick the required date to view its agenda:

Note that by default the calendar is set to the current date.

# Events

The Events widget displays the list of events planned for the selected calendar date:

It features the following options:

Click Action Notes

@c/planner-period-view.png) Display the planned events per day/week/month The daily view is shown by default
@c/planner-create.png) Create a new event Alternatively, click the required hour line

The Create pop-up appears. Here you can schedule activities, for example, a call following these steps.

To edit the planned call:

  1. Right-click the required record in the Events list.

  2. Select Edit in the context menu that appears:

You're redirected to the call record details page where you can update the call data:

The context menu in Planner is available on desktops only. To edit the created call using the mobile device, navigate directly to ActionsCall.

You can also reschedule the activity directly in the Events list – just drag the required record to a different hour line.
