# Common elements

All sections within the Viseven CRM system contain some common elements:

# Settings

The Viseven CRM settings allow for customizing the general appearance of the page and improving its usability.

Click @c/layout-options-icon.png) on the right of the page to open the Layout options menu:

Here, you can:

  1. Pin the page elements (header, navigation, ribbon, and footer).

  2. Click Inside .container to switch the page to the containerized view:

  1. Apply any skin from the list of available ones:

  1. Click Factory reset to restore the original Viseven CRM state by erasing all the user data.

# Intercom chat

If you have any questions, click @c/intercom-button-crm.png) in the bottom right of the main working area and get prompt help with the live chat service.

The Support Team provides you with the answer or the link to the information you need. Also, you can read the required user guide article directly in the chat.

# Filters

The Viseven CRM system offers you multiple filters to search, sort, analyze, and work with the relevant data displayed in custom views. You can filter records by their metadata that correspond to the column names.

To apply the filter, click @c/filter-icon.png) in the top left corner of the records list. Upon your click, the filtering menu opens:

To filter the records:

  1. Select one or several filtering criteria from the drop-down list. Use the Search text field to find the required criteria faster.

  2. Enter the keyword manually or select it from the list:

Click Select all to select all the available filtering criteria. To reset filters, click Clear all.

  1. Once the keyword is in place, click @c/search-icon.png) to trigger filtering.

When you specify several filtering criteria, the search result contains only the records that exactly match all these criteria.

  1. To share or remember the search results, click @c/copy-link-icon.png). The pop-up with the generated link appears:

Click @c/link-to-clipboard.png) to copy the link to the clipboard.

You can add new records with the Create button. Depending on the subsection you're currently in, you're redirected to the record creation page.

To view more/less records per page and to show/hide columns, use these options:

# Actions button

You can manage the list of records with the @c/actions-icon.png) drop-down button in the top right corner.

The set of options depends on the currently open subsection and the number of records selected.

Click @c/entries-select.png) to select all the displayed records or click every required record separately and click Actions:
